At Envy, we believe that a hands on approach from the Company Directors in all aspects of work is essential to ensure the smooth running of the company and maintain the client satisfaction levels we are extremely proud of,
Our cleaning operatives are DBS checked and work under our comprehensive policy of insurance. We also ensure that they are trained in accordance with BICSc standards and have regular health and safety updates and toolbox talks.
We utilise a specifically designed software which GPS tracks cleaning operatives arrival and departure.
We have a ‘client hub’ to ensure you can access your job, invoices and upload and information and/or requests direct to us.
We carry out a Risk Assessment and provide method statements for each job together with COSSH certificates for all cleaning products provided by us and our cleaning operatives are in possession of our Manual and therefore fully versed in our colour coding system, COSSH, manual handling and health and safety in the workplace.
Our cleaning operatives are subject to supervision; this includes regular visits and also random spot checks.
Our directors ensure that there are meetings scheduled quarterly with the client; the client may also request ad hoc meetings if necessary or, if they do not feel that quarterly meetings are required, these can be changed to suit their needs.
We believe that the reputation of a company is best judged by the recommendations they receive from their existing client base. A high amount of our work comes from word of mouth. By providing a quality and bespoke service to suit a vast range of businesses we find that once we have retained a client they tend to stay with us.
Our Client hub area allows clients to approve quotes, check appointment details, pay outstanding invoices, print receipts,
or request more work—all in one place.
